- To build a robust and profitable distribution network of Retail Partners & front line sales force.
- To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target
- To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of the FLS & RPs in the team.
- To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation / reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms
- To take initiative for team's development through productivity improvement drives and /or training programs to enable them to achieve / exceed their assigned business targets.
- To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.
- Training & Development - Ensure the Product training to the Insurance manager and resolving the queries as when they need it.
- Helping with call demonstration to HNI clients with insurance manager
- Tracking the performance of IM on regular basis.
- Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market
- Being at new Channel the job is also responsible for the productivity and need to improved market share in the Region
Required Candidate profile
- Education : At Least Graduation
- Experience in Life Insurance Industry (Agency): 4-5 Yrs
- Proven track record of performance
